Our Methodist Organization Serves the New Holland Community

Our church has let a number of organizations such as the Boy Scouts, Alcoholics Anonymous, Al-Anon, and the New Holland Senior Citizens meet monthly in the church building. We’ve also recently added a prayer garden that is always open for those who simply want to spend some time in prayer and meditation.

Small groups from our community have participated in mission trips and service projects locally and around the country. Our desire is to do all we can to help individuals in our neighborhood with their spiritual, emotional, and physical needs.

An important part of our Mission to Ignite the Light is providing opportunities for our neighbors and community to Gather in his love. We continue to offer monthly Community Dinners open to all ages at no charge. These occur on the third Thursday of each month at 5:30 p.m. Take outs are available for community members who cannot get to the church. These dinners continued during the Covid-19 pandemic, with the church providing Drive Up - take out meals.

Summer activities include a Community Vacation Bible School which is open to all children in the New Holland area. It is brimming with music, crafts, fun studies and laughter. And of course food!
